With Body Meal’s homemade ice lollies, you can also enjoy a treat with family or friends without exceeding your calorie budget. Who’d have thought that an ice lolly could actually be healthy?
You just need a blender and moulds for ice lollies. If you don’t have any dedicated moulds, then you can put the entire mixture into a container and leave it in the freezer for a bit longer. Remove the ice cream a few minutes before serving with an ice cream scoop.
The ice cream mixture doesn’t take much more than 5 minutes to make. You then have delicious, fresh ice cream that contains vitamins, minerals and even has a high protein content.

- 1 Vegan Power Meal 01 Apple
- 350 ml water
- ½ apple
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp. Matcha powder

Method
Preparation time is 5 minutes, after which the ice cream should preferably be put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. The recipe makes around 7 ice lollies – depending on the size of your lolly moulds.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender
- Mix the ingredients until they form a uniform mixture
- Put the ice cream mixture into the moulds
- Freeze the lollies until frozen – minimum 4 hours
It can be a good idea to dip the lolly moulds into hot water – this makes it easier to get the ice lolly out of the mould.
Take a bite of the most delicious ice lolly with a completely clear conscience. 100 g ice cream contains just 48 kcal and has no added sugar or artificial colourings.
