I’m always refreshed and ready for the day after an am.pm. POWDER drink, which I’ve been using for 2 years now. For me, it works really well with morning workouts because it doesn’t sit heavily in the stomach like many other things do.
We usually train for 1.5 hours, during which I have plenty of energy and it feels great to perform. I also use am.pm. POWDER in connection with training because it contains a good amount of protein.
I can actually feel it if I don’t drink my am.pm. POWDER for a few days.
