Claims
Please contact Body Meal immediately after receipt if the product is damaged, or is otherwise defective in any way. Please take pictures of the product or send an email to info@ampmshop.dk.
Your purchase is subject to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you are either entitled to a new product, a refund or a reduction in price – depending on the situation concerned. You can make a claim within a reasonable period of discovery of the defect. A claim within two months is regarded as a reasonable period. We refund within reason the freight costs that you may have incurred in connection with return of the product, provided that the claim is justified.

Cancellation of purchase
Pursuant to the provisions of the Danish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right of cancellation of your purchase for a period of up to 14 days. The 14-day right of cancellation is calculated from the date on which you receive the goods. Please contact Body Meal by sending an email to info@ampmshop.dk.
If you cancel your purchase, you must pay the costs of returning the product yourself, and the product must be returned to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payment we have received from you.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods at our warehouse and the condition of the goods has been approved.
